Description of work: The City of Tucson’s technical assistance will include inter departmental strategic planning and in-depth policy assessment in areas of code enforcement coordination, information systems, land banking, and scattered site reuse and redevelopment. Tucson hopes this unique blend of assistance will give them a comprehensive and more holistic framework within which to construct a vacant properties program over time.
